Terms of Use

1. Adults only

Gizomo is an adult service. You may use it only if you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher. We ask for this the first time you open the site, and again when you create an account by collecting your date of birth. Accounts for anyone under 18 are not accepted.

2. What Gizomo is

Gizomo is a personal adult library and catalog. It stores links, titles, preview images, tags, and performer names so you can search, save, and organize videos. Gizomo does not host, upload, or stream the video files. Those files stay on the third-party sites that published them. When you press Watch, you leave Gizomo and open that other site.

Gizomo is not the producer of those videos and is not the website that publishes them. Age-record duties for the videos, including 18 U.S.C. § 2257 where it applies, sit with the producers and the sites that host the files.

3. Videos you add are your responsibility

You are solely responsible for every video, link, title, tag, and performer name you add to your library or otherwise submit. You confirm that you have the right to add it and that it does not break these terms or the law.

Gizomo does not take responsibility for videos you add. We do not adopt that material as our own, and we are not liable for it. A video you save is your content, not ours. Other people’s libraries are their content, not ours.

4. Illegal content is not allowed

Site policy: Gizomo does not allow illegal content. You may not add, request, share, or point the service at any of the following:

• Any sexual content involving a minor, or anyone who appears to be under 18.
• Child sexual abuse material, in any form.
• Non-consensual intimate images, or sexual content of someone who did not consent.
• Content that involves trafficking, exploitation, or coercion.
• Any other material that is illegal where you are, or where the service is operated.

We remove material that breaks this rule, close the account that added it, and may report it to the relevant authorities. If you see illegal content on Gizomo, email admin@gizomo.com.

5. Your account

You need a username, email, password, and date of birth to register, or a Google account plus the same date of birth and acceptance of these terms. You are responsible for activity under your account. One person, one account. Do not share the password.

6. We may remove material and close accounts

We may remove a video, a link, or an account that breaks these terms, without notice. We may also refuse a registration. Ending your account does not remove your responsibility for what you already added.

7. No warranty, and a limit on our liability

The service is provided as is. Catalog data comes from other sites and from users. It can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. We do not guarantee that a link will play, that a title is accurate, or that the service will be available.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Gizomo and its operator are not liable for videos or other material you or another user add, for what a third-party site shows after you leave, or for loss of data in your library. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
