Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

The service is operated as Gizomo. Questions about this policy or your data go to admin@gizomo.com.

2. Adults only

Gizomo is for adults. You may use it only if you are 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher. By continuing you confirm that you meet that age. The service is not directed at minors. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, email us and we will delete it.

3. What the service does, and what it does not store

Gizomo searches and organizes links, titles, durations, tags, performer names, and preview images from third-party adult sites. Your library (folders, ratings, saved items, and followed pornstars) is stored on our side so you can curate it. The video file itself stays on the site that published it.

When you choose Watch, you leave Gizomo and open that other site. That site controls the video, the performers in it, and its own privacy practices. We do not control what those sites publish, and we do not claim ownership of their videos, images, or text.

Gizomo is not the producer of the videos and is not the website that publishes them. Age-record duties for the videos, including 18 U.S.C. § 2257 where it applies, sit with the producers and the sites that host the files.

4. Information we collect

Visitors without an account

• Standard server logs: IP address, browser type, date, and the page requested.
• A session cookie if one is set while you browse.
• Usage statistics through Google Analytics 4 on gizomo.com.

We do not require an account to look at public pages. We do not sell this information.

Accounts

• Email address, username, and a password hash, or a Google profile if you sign in with Google.
• The library you build: saved videos, folders, ratings, favorite pornstars, and blocklist.
• IP address and approximate country and city, stored for abuse prevention and the operator’s account directory. That location is not shown on a public profile.

Private folders and ratings stay on your account. A public highlight list, when shown, is one curated feed. It is not a dump of other people’s private libraries.

5. How we use information

• To run search, the catalog, and your library.
• To keep you signed in and remember settings.
• To protect the service against abuse.
• To see which public pages are used, via Google Analytics.
• To answer a message you send us.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it except as this policy describes.

6. Cookies

• Essential: a session cookie so sign-in and your library can work.
• Analytics: Google Analytics cookies on gizomo.com, to measure visits.

You can block cookies in your browser. Blocking the session cookie means sign-in and a saved library will not work. Google’s own tools can opt you out of Analytics.

7. How long we keep it

Account and library data stay until you delete the account or ask us to delete them. Server logs are kept for a limited time for security. Analytics retention follows Google’s settings for that property. Preview images and catalog metadata stay while the catalog entry exists, and are removed when an entry is taken down.

8. Your choices

Email admin@gizomo.com to access, correct, or delete your account data. We will answer within 30 days.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you can also ask us to restrict or stop processing, and you can withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. That withdrawal does not undo processing that already happened. You can complain to your local data protection authority. We process account data to provide the service you asked for, logs to keep the site secure, and analytics where that tool is in use.

9. Copyright and removal

If a Gizomo page links to or previews material you own and you want that listing removed, email admin@gizomo.com with:

• The Gizomo URL.
• The work and where the original is published.
• Your name and contact details.
• A statement that you own the rights or are authorized to act for the owner.

We will remove the catalog entry, the preview, and the link. Removing a listing on Gizomo does not remove the video from the site that hosts it. Send that request to the host.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The new text will be posted on this page with a new date. Using Gizomo after that means you accept the updated policy.
