Megan Murkovski lies shirtless in a hospital bed as a redheaded nurse leans in with a stethoscope. The scene cuts to her as a long-haired schoolgirl standing in a doorway while a suited man waits on the bed behind her. Finally she appears in a leather skirt, handing a folder to a seated coworker in a bright office. Each vignette shows her shifting from caring to provocative, moving between the clinical, domestic, and corporate settings with the same quiet intensity.
