Demi Sutra suspended in rope and tormented by a hooded rigger

Demi Sutra hangs inverted in tight rope, mouth open and glistening, while the rigger feeds her a thick wooden handle and watches her struggle. She is lowered, stripped, and re-tied spread-eagle, every knot cinched until her body is arched and trembling. The scene ends with her upside-down again, sweat-slick and gasping, as the rigger tightens the final knot across her throat.
